Keep shared expenses clear and easy to settle. Nextcloud Cospend helps groups track who paid for what and keeps a running balance for everyone involved. Create a shared project, add bills and expenses, and see who has paid more or less than their share.
See Who Owes What
Cospend calculates each member’s balance from the expenses recorded in the project. You can see at a glance who has spent more or less for the group, without having to work through the numbers yourself. When it is time to settle up, Cospend can provide a settlement plan showing which payments are needed to balance things out.
Share Expenses With the Whole Group
A Cospend project can be shared with Nextcloud users, groups, or through a public link. That makes it useful for shared houses, group trips, and other situations where not everyone has a Nextcloud account. You can also attach personal files to bills, such as a photo of a receipt, to keep the expense and its supporting document together.
