What you can do
A Deck board gives every project a clear structure. Create lists for stages such as “To Do,” “In Progress,” and “Done,” then move cards as work progresses. Add task details, notes, labels, and attachments to each card so the information needed to complete the work stays close by.
Share boards with your team and discuss work directly through card comments. Due dates and project activity stay visible alongside the work, making it easier to see what is changing and what needs attention. Deck also connects with other Nextcloud apps, so project work can fit naturally into the rest of your workflow.
A card can hold more than just a task name. Add the information your team needs to understand and complete the work.
Add instructions, context, checklists, and other details using Markdown.
Use labels to organize cards and make important categories easier to identify.
Add relevant files to a card from your computer or from Nextcloud Files.
Set when work should begin and when it needs to be completed.
Some projects need more than a simple list of cards. Deck lets you add dependencies between cards and give tasks both start and end dates.
Switch to the Gantt view to see tasks on a timeline, including their deadlines and dependencies. This gives you another way to understand how work is planned and how different tasks relate to each other.
Project discussions do not have to stay separate from the work they relate to.
