Create simple forms and surveys while keeping your data in Nextcloud. Nextcloud Forms lets you create questionnaires, collect responses, and share forms through a link. Its simple design keeps the focus on the questions, whether you are collecting customer feedback, planning an event, or running an internal survey.

What you can do
Send a form to anyone with a shareable link, or share it directly with people on your Nextcloud instance. You can also set an expiration date for shared forms when you want access to close after a certain time. Forms are designed to work well on mobile devices, so respondents can complete them from the screen they have at hand.
Once responses come in, Forms presents them as summary statistics and charts, while individual responses are available when you need a closer look. You can also export the results as a CSV file, making it easy to continue working with the data in another tool.
